Every time you need a formal letter, a contract template or meeting minutes, you open an old file, rename it, change the date, edit a few paragraphs — and hope you didn’t miss a spot. The Document drafting bot in Piskes Agent remembers your company’s exact template and format, and writes a DOCX draft on request whenever you need one.

What the bot does

Set up in 10 minutes

  1. Install Piskes Agent and configure a model provider.
  2. Marketplace → Bots → Document drafting → Add.
  3. Message it with one or two templates you already use: “Here is our company’s letter template (attached letter-template.docx). From now on, draft in this exact format: header, reference number, recipient, body, signature.”
  4. Try it: “Draft a 3-day leave request letter for employee John Smith, family matters.” The bot exports a DOCX in your template.
  5. Fix anything that isn’t quite right and tell it why; it remembers for next time.

What happens to your data

Tips
