Terms of Service

1. Scope

These terms cover the Piskes Agent software (desktop app), the piskes.com website and the optional Piskes account. By installing or using them you agree to these terms.

2. Software

  • Piskes Agent is licensed for your personal or your organisation’s work. You may not resell or redistribute the installer under another name.
  • The software includes the Hermes Agent engine and third-party open-source components; their licences are listed in ThirdPartyLicenses.txt shipped with the installer.
  • The bot runs commands on your machine according to the autonomy level you choose. You are responsible for the folders, accounts and connectors you give the bot; keep Ask first when working on important data.

3. Your model provider

When you use your own key, the model contract is between you and that provider. Piskes is not responsible for their costs, limits or policies.

4. Accounts, paid plans and the wallet

  • Accounts use email; a one-time code is sent to that address at each sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your mailbox secure.
  • Paid plans (Starter/Pro/Team) are monthly recurring subscriptions that renew until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; remaining quota stays usable until then.
  • The top-up wallet is prepaid credit that never expires and is non-refundable unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
  • 5% platform fee: while signed in and using your own key, Piskes deducts 5% of the estimated cost of those requests from your wallet. This is stated on the sign-in screen and on the Pricing & fees page. Signing out disables it.
  • Prices and quotas may change; changes to a plan you are on are announced at least 30 days in advance by email.

5. Hosted quota and fair use

Hosted quota is measured by the model’s estimated cost. Piskes may suspend accounts that use the hosted infrastructure to spread malware or spam, attack other systems, or violate the upstream model provider’s terms.

6. Warranty and liability

The software is provided “as is”. Piskes does not guarantee that the bot always produces correct results; model-generated content must be checked by you before use. To the extent permitted by law, Piskes’ liability to you is limited to the amount you paid Piskes in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

You may uninstall the software and delete your account at any time (email [email protected]). Piskes may terminate accounts that breach section 5 after notice, except in cases of serious abuse.
